Paul has been fascinated with the intricacies of property since 1989 when he established his conveyancing Practice in Adelaide.
He moved to Melbourne in 2000 where he started Stonnington Conveyancing and then Melbourne Buyers Advocates, establishing an impressive industry track record – especially in the Stonnington and Boroondara Council areas.
Paul has also completed dozens and dozens of successful Negotiations for very happy Clients in Bayside, Glen Eira, Port Phillip, Maribyrnong, Monash and on the Mornington Peninsula.
Paul has a Forensic attention to detail – an invaluable skill in analysis of Property, where “All that Glitters is not Gold”!
Paul has been a Councillor of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victorian Division) for 8 years, and has a special interest and expertise in inner Urban Consolidation subdivisional and development work.
When not in “Work mode” Paul plays Vets Cricket for Glen Iris Cricket Club, loves Family time, Wining and Dining, Camping and Yoga.
While he loves and has fully embraced Melbourne life, he retains a deep passion for his beloved Port Adelaide Football Club.
Garvin’s been involved in Conveyancing and Settlements since 1985.

Jason is a passionate real estate professional whose property journey began in his 20’s.
Having spent more than 25 years in senior roles, negotiating transactions in wholesale hotel and travel buying across a number of organisations around the country, Jason is now blending his enthusiasm for Negotiating with his love for Property.
With a well-established personal property portfolio already under his belt and having helped numerous friends with their property transactions, Jason has been developing his “Buyers Advocate Skills” for many years.
Through that process, and as a father of two daughters, Jason has acquired a thorough understanding of what makes a “family home” work and how the numbers need to look on an A-Grade investment in the Melbourne and Coastal Victorian markets.
Jason brings great energy to the MBA team and is the ideal advocate to represent you with your next property purchase, whether that is an Investment or a Family Home.
His knowledge, attentiveness to detailed research, combined with a calm professionalism and determination to achieve your property goals, ensures very pleasing results, for you, the client.
Beyond his work, Jason is a family man at heart and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two girls at the beach surfing, in the mountains skiing or simply out exploring Melbourne’s sensational bike trails. Jason also plays tennis for South Hawthorn Tennis Club, enjoys Camping and is a Hawthorn supporter in the AFL.
